Winners will be selected by random draw. The draw will be conducted under the supervision of an independent auditor. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 7 days of the draw.
Winners must claim their prizes within 30 days of notification. Prizes are non-transferable and must be claimed by the registered ticket holder. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility.
All prize winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. Winners will be issued appropriate tax documentation as required by law.
Ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be issued except as required by law.

Any disputes regarding the lottery will be resolved in accordance with the laws of New Brunswick, Canada.
